The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of a bustling square which is absolutely stunning. It's just a short and easy walk to the main square, making it convenient to explore all the main areas of the city. The hotel is also close to the main rail station, making it easy to arrive and depart. The rooms are clean and tidy, with ample space to relax. The staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers plenty of choice and is of good quality. Plus, some rooms even offer a balcony, providing a nice view of the surroundings.

Some areas of the hotel are currently undergoing refurbishment, which may cause inconvenience to some guests.

The hotel is located perfectly for exploring the city, with the main square just a short walk away. The rooms are comfortable and always cleaned with fresh towels provided every day. The bathrooms are large and modern, with a good shower. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including hot and cold food, as well as ham and cheese.

The hotel could make the lobby area more inviting with the addition of sofas and tables.

Had a comfortable stay in this hotel, liked staff and location. We didn't have time and didn't visit the al fresco restaurant, but it seemed nice. Everything was simply great.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a central location with spacious rooms and a newly refurbished bathroom. The staff were helpful in arranging excursions and providing us with a hairdryer. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious Polish dishes. We enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, and the prices were very reasonable. we highly recommend this hotel for its great value and ideal location.

Overall clean and cosy place and the breakfast was savoury. Attentive staff and the room was brand-new and air-conditioned. The service was all in all exceptional! There were good internet and good parking available.

It was really comfortable time in Krakow. Rooms were bright, functional.

This hotel has a modern reception. All in all its spotless place, they have lovely beds. As we remember, there's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Kogel Mogel Restaurant, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained rooms and daily replenishment of bottled water. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the main square.

Conveniently located near Rynok square and the central train station. Comfortable bed and complimentary still water in the room. Helpful and flexible staff with late-night check-in and check-out. Clean room and bathroom. Close to the Old Town Market Square and the Jewish Quarter.
